What does a competent complaint practitioner need to know? Lets find out at a SOCAP breakfast facilitated by Prof Tania Sourdin from Monash University.
Complaints handling takes place in a diverse range of areas and this group session explores what skills and understandings practitioners need to have in order to do their job well.
The session, along with your input, will help to develop professional standards across the complaints sector.
This important topic is being explored as there is an increasing emphasis on what is required in complaints handling and the consequences of poor work practices (some of which may be offshore).
It is supported by a grant to SOCAP Australia and Monash University by the Professional Standards Councils to develop sector wide standards for education and training.
